Meet Bana Qashu Young
Managing Partner & Founder

BanaTech Consulting was founded to solve a problem I saw repeatedly and lived through firsthand: technology decisions that look sound on paper but fail in practice because incentives are misaligned, power dynamics are ignored, or accountability is unclear.

​

I work at the intersection of technology buyers, vendors, and the channel, not to sell solutions, but to bring clarity where complexity and competing interests make good decisions harder than they should be.

BanaTech is intentionally small and selective. I work alongside a trusted group of advisors and strategic partners who share a commitment to independent judgment, ethical leadership, and outcomes that extend beyond short-term wins. This network exists to extend insight and perspective and not to dilute responsibility.

The Diamond Standard

At BanaTech Consulting, we operate by what I call the Diamond Standard. It is not a slogan. It is a discipline.

The Diamond Standard means applying rigor, clarity, and accountability to decisions that materially affect people, organizations, and ecosystems. It requires naming bias, surfacing incentives, and refusing false neutrality when the consequences are real.
